Guided tour
Hosts and hostesses welcome the group on arrival and accompany them for the duration of the adventure (a day or half-day), ensuring a visit at their own pace and with total interactivity.
15 disabled people maximum – duration: 5 hours maximum (excluding lunch break).
Fee-paying service, subject to availability, for groups with motor, cognitive or visual impairments.
For visitors with visual and cognitive impairments:
“Volcanoes from top to bottom” workshop/tour
Led by a scientific facilitator, this discovery of the scenographic tour combined with in-room experiments brings the world of volcanoes within the reach of participants, whatever their age or level of disability.
10 disabled people maximum – duration: 2 hours.
Fee-paying service, subject to availability, for groups and schoolchildren with cognitive or visual impairments.
If they wish, organisers can get in touch with a scientific coordinator to plan their visit in advance.
For visitors with a hearing impairment:
Guided tour in sign language (LSF)
Our LSF tours are conducted by a Vulcania guide accompanied by an interpreter, in order to allow a mixed audience. Please contact us at least 2 months before the date of your visit.

For school groups with cognitive, motor or visual impairments:
Educational visit
Complementary to the self-guided tour, the educational tour, supervised by a scientific leader specialising in Earth Sciences, offers an interactive discovery of the scenographic tour adapted to each level of schooling.
Maximum 15 disabled visitors – duration: 1 hour.
Fee-paying service, subject to availability, for school groups with motor, cognitive or visual impairments.
