Spring events

Until 6 July 2025

Celebrate spring at Vulcania with shows, new features and a special Easter weekend event you won’t want to miss!

Professor Yapadrisk will captivate young and old alike with his hair-raising experiments in ‘Expériences, c’est Show!’
Come and recharge your batteries in the park’s unique natural setting with a demonstration of birds of prey flying alongside passionate falconers.

And don’t forget the new 2025 attractions at the start of the season! Experience a real volcanic immersion with ‘Terre de volcans’ or discover the magnificent story of the volcanologist couple Maurice and Katia Krafft thanks to the film ‘Les diables des volcans’ on a giant screen.

And for Easter, little explorers can join in a gourmet treasure hunt on 19, 20 and 21 April.

Spring also means other festive events, with extended opening times (until 10.30pm on Friday 30 May and until 7pm on 29 and 31 May), and a celebration of the longest day of the year with the scientific animation ‘The Day of the Sun’.

The special Spring events

The Easter weekend

📅 19, 20 and 21 April

Professor Yapadrisk, has accidentally created six Easter bells that have scattered across the park, spreading coloured tokens… As these tokens can harm wildlife, it’s crucial that the children recover them to save the park’s environment. By collecting a token of each colour, they will receive a tasty reward, and whoever finds the golden token will win a chocolate treasure!

The Day of the Sun

📅 21 June

To celebrate the summer solstice, Vulcania is putting our star in the spotlight! Explore plasma, the solar wind and the Earth’s magnetic field in France’s largest planetarium. Amateur astronomers from CARA will also be on hand with their models and instruments to observe our star. Visitors will be able to find out all about the sun’s special features, live and in complete safety.
